Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ridesst.com website (the "Website") and the non-emergency medical transportation services (the "Service") operated by SST Mobility ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Website and Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Website or booking our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

SST Mobility provides non-emergency medical transportation for individuals to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. The Service must be pre-scheduled and is subject to vehicle and driver availability. This is not an emergency service; in a medical emergency, you should call 911.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To book our Service, you may be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, including your name, contact information, pickup and drop-off addresses, and any special mobility needs (e.g., wheelchair accessibility). You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct. Inaccurate information may result in a delay or cancellation of service.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

a. Bookings: All transportation must be booked in advance through our Website, phone, or other official booking channels. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from us.

b. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods: All Major Debit and Credit Cards.

c. Fares: Fares are quoted at the time of booking and are based on distance, vehicle type, and other factors.

d. Additional Fees: You may be subject to additional fees for services such as excessive wait times caused by the client, extra stops not included in the original booking, or special cleaning fees required due to the actions of the client.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Client Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be refunded at 50% of the fare.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the pickup time and "no-shows" are not eligible for a refund.

b. Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as dangerous weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or public safety emergencies. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is verbally or physically abusive, intoxicated, or who poses a threat to the safety of our driver or vehicle. No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances is permitted in our vehicles.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control that may cause a client to be late for an appointment.

In no event shall SST Mobility, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific trip in question.

7. Website Content and Use

The content on our Website (text, graphics, logos) is the property of SST Mobility and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use to book our Services. You may not modify, copy, or use the materials for any commercial purpose.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SST Mobility. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
